This laboratory is meant for research in the field of tribology, especially for the systems and equipments centralized lubrification, that are important for the security of technological systems.

On this laboratory is made a wide range of the static and dynamic functional tests and verification, in accordance with the EU standards SR EN 982/2001 that is for safety equipments standard.
